1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing your child up to HSL Music / Youth Performance Choir, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out herein and agree to be bound by them until termination of this Agreement. Please read them carefully.
2. Youth Performance Choir Rules
- Attendance: Regular attendance is fundamental to get the most out of the choir. Please let HSL Music know ahead of any upcoming, known absences. Term Dates are available here.
- Behaviour: Students are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behaviour during all classes and performances.
- Health: HSL Music kindly requests that if your child is poorly, you consider keeping your child at home. If it is essential your child attends, please ensure you provide a face mask for your child and remind your child about social distancing and hand hygiene.
3.1 Invoicing for the Youth Performance Choir
Half termly invoices will be provided. These need to be paid ahead of each half terms sessions starting. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by HSL Music.
3.2 Invoicing for HSL Music lessons
Monthly invoices will be provided as stated in your music lesson contract.
4. Liability
HSL Music / Youth Performance Choir aims to provide a safe and inclusive learning environment.
HSL Music / Youth Performance Choir is not responsible for any injury or damage sustained by students during choir activities.
In the unlikely event that damage or breakage occurs to the Kenyon Hall by your child during Youth Performance Choir, HSL Music / YPC takes no responsibility for your Childs actions’ and will forward any repair costs to the named Parent / Guardian of the Child on the enrolment form.
5. Cancellation
By enrolling your child with HSL Music / Youth Performance Choir, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out herein.
However, you will have the right to cancel this Agreement with one months written notice of cancellation to HSL Music.
Once the calendar month cancellation period has expired, the Agreement and personal data disclosed will be terminated and safely disposed of in accordance with The Data Protection Act 2018 regulations.
6. Updates
HSL Music reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
